1. Services
We offer VIP table and cabana bookings for Strawberry Moon pool parties in Miami, subject to availability and venue rules.
2. Age Restriction
You must be 21 years or older to make a reservation or attend the event. No exceptions.
3. Booking Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed via WhatsApp or email after submitting the online form. Final availability is subject to venue approval.
4. Payment Terms
Prices are final and must be paid as instructed. No hidden fees or inflated rates. No refunds once a reservation is confirmed.
5. Responsibility
We are not responsible for denied entry due to failure to meet ID or dress code requirements.
6. Changes & Cancellations
Changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations are non-refundable.
7. Code of Conduct
All guests must follow venue rules and behave respectfully. Misconduct may lead to ejection without refund.
